  • How do I order a custom wig?

    You can place an order directly on our website or book a consultation to discuss your desired look, measurements, and preferences.

  • How long does it take to receive my wig/extensions ?

    In stock wigs and extensions are available for same day in store pickup. Wigs that are not in stock can take 10-12 business days estimated shipping time. Extensions that are not in stock can take 3-5 business days estimated shipping time. Custom wigs take 5-7 business days to tailor.

  • Do you offer wig fitting or customization services?

    Yes, we offer services like bleaching knots, plucking, tinting, coloring, and styling to achieve your desired results.

  • What is your return or exchange policy?

    We have a 5 day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving you item to request a return. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags and in its original packaging.

    In addition there is a 15% restocking fee on the original wig price. Services like sizing, color, cut, thinning, etc. are non-refundable. Shipping cost are non-refundable.

    We do not offer exchanges at this time.

  • Do you offer wigs for clients experiencing hair loss?

    Yes, we provide custom units and compassionate service for those experiencing hair loss from alopecia, chemotherapy, or other medical reasons.

  • Can you help me decide on the right wig for me? I don't know where to start.
