Cancellation Policy
1. All Sales Are Final Due to the limited availability of seats and the preparation involved, all course payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please ensure you are fully committed before booking. 2. Deposit & Payment A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot in the course. The remaining balance must be paid in full by the deadline provided after booking. Booking is not confirmed until deposit is paid. 3. Attendance & Punctuality Please arrive on time. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in forfeiture of your seat without a refund. Full attendance is required to receive your certificate of completion. 4. Rescheduling You may reschedule one time only, and it must be requested at least 7 days in advance. Requests made after this window cannot be accommodated, and your deposit will be forfeited. 5. No Guests Allowed For the comfort and focus of all participants, no guests, children, or additional attendees are permitted in the class space, whether it’s a group or one-on-one session. 6. Class Options You may choose between a private one-on-one session or a small group class. Please select your preference at the time of booking. Group sizes are kept small to ensure personalized attention.
